Qualifying cut-off versus an interview call
The published cut-off is only the preliminary screen. IIMA subsequently uses CAT performance, academic history, work experience and gender diversity through its Application Rating and composite-score system.
Why a 95 percentile may still not produce a call
Shortlisting is competitive within academic and reservation categories. Applicants must satisfy additional school and graduation thresholds and rank sufficiently high on the applicable composite score.
